We don’t often cover diamond and gem set watches on Worn & Wound, but this release gives us a good excuse to discuss the appeal of such a watch, as it’s paired with another piece that’s a little less blingy. One is a clean, polished stainless steel bezel, and the other has been set with diamonds. These new Tresors both feature the same gradient blue dial but have different bezel options. The Tresor (and certainly these watches in particular) have a very obvious refinement, and benefit from the same technical know-how that goes into the making of Omega’s most tech forward Speedmasters and Seamasters. ![]() So many of Omega’s core models are iconic sports watches, it’s not often that we think of them as makers of more traditional dress pieces, but the Tresor is a good reminder that they’re one of the biggest brands in the world for good reason, and can do just about anything.
